Timing is Everything
Timing is everything in life .Did a wrong turn wound up going through Twin Falls Idaho. My 2018 cvo ultra decided to make noise like a rattling piggy bank , two street lights later I see Snake Harley-Davidson Dealership so pulled in 1230 noon on a Saturday! Let me tell you these folks as the Best 👌, they ran out of the service department at my wifes behest to listen to my Cvo even before I has shut it off . They had it in the shop and torn down within the hour found my lifters were smoked replaced them and had us back out by 340 pm wow. But wait half the noise suddenly came back as I pulled away from the Dealership, I made a U turn and the guys stayed late tore down the bottom case to find a broken chain tensioner and a damaged chain. They even tore down a new bike to salvage parts they didn't have on hand to get us going.
During this time we were scrabbling to rent a car checking our options, when the General Manager came to ask us how we were doing. We mentioned we were looking for a car . His words were you won't need one we are gonna take care of yous plz don't worry that's what we do here, talk about faith in your team. They had us fixed up and out by 6 ish ,simply amazing ppl they saved our trip. Big thanks to Tyler Josh and Bob for making us feel like family friends and keeping us in the loop as our bike got fixed Hands down 5 Star 🌟 Dealership

These guys saved our trip of a lifetime
We were passing through Twin Falls when my husband heard a funny noise on our Harley. We pulled in and the guys at Snake Harley Davidson told us there might be something wrong with the engine. It turned out that the lifters and the chain needed replacing. The shop guys stayed late past closing to get us safely on our way. We were about to book a rental car, and the general manager came and said “no we will take care of you and get you back on the road.” It took so much stress off our shoulders and was music to our ears. Josh and Bob were wonderful, chatting with us and keeping us entertained while we waited. The shop guys did an amazing job and the service was stellar. We are so grateful to these guys. Thank you so much for saving our trip. We are now in the Grand Tetons and on our way to Yellowstone and didn’t miss any of our bookings, because they got our Harley running. Thank you thank you thank you!!! 😊

Top Notch Customer Service
My boyfriend and I have been on a cross country trip this week. I had new tires mounted and balanced in Great Falls Montana the weekend prior. Just a couple of days in to this trip, the stick on weights came off the front tire. We stopped at a couple of Harley shops along the way and they were too busy to give us the time of day. We stopped at Snake Harley Davidson, spoke with Josh in the service department. He was happy to help. I can’t say enough about this service department. They were phenomenal. Josh took my bike in, inspected it, then said they would get would get us taken care of and back on the road safely. These guys are absolutely amazing and so friendly. Fantastic! No review can say enough about how good you guys are. We pulled in late in the afternoon with tire balance issue, Josh came out and looked at the bike and got it right into the shop. They rebalanced and put the correct spoke weights on, stayed late and made sure we got back on the road so we could continue our trip. You guys are awesome! Thankyou! When were back in the area, we will always stop by, simply because then entire staff was so helpful and friendly.

Fantastic parts and service departments
I’ve been dealing with Snake HD for a bit over two years now. The service, both interpersonal and for my 2020 FLTRXS, has been outstanding each and every time.
Nick (the parts dept. manager) has always gone above and beyond to insure I got the right parts I needed and has always been friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
Snake HD may not be the biggest, but they are definitely the best.
