We are from Wisconsin and took a two-week trip to the northwest region of our country. When we entered Idaho, my husband noticed that his exhaust sounded funny. He looked underneath and noticed the bolt was snapped off the head and the check engine light came on (2017 CVO Limited that we recently purchased in Wisconsin). We spent the night in Twin Falls, Idaho and waited for the dealership to open the following morning. When we got there we were immediately kindly greeted and they began working on the bike. We were back on the road within a few hours. A shout out to all employees who were helpful, especially Rick, Kane, and Bob. Rick, the sales manager kept us updated and offered us all the must sees in the area. Kane, the mechanic who did an awesome job in a timely fashion. Bob, the service writer who also kept us updated and made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. Special thank you for letting us leave with a clean bike! You all rock and are appreciated by the Green Bay 4 who visited on 6/24/19!

When you are on the highway and something starts going on. This alone is enough to make you totally pissed off. So we pulled into Snake HD in Twin Falls Idaho to have them take a look at it. I'll tell you what, these people in there are so nice and very helpful. They got us on the road in just a few hours (replaced clutch plates). The service department guys were extremely friendly and very helpful. P.S. did I mention they have very cold water.

WOW WOW WOW. I can't express enough how impressed I am with the fine group of people at Snake Harley Davidson in Twin Falls Idaho. After my local HD dealership let me down BIG TIME on a handlebar install I wanted done, I reached out to Nick the parts manager at Snake HD.
Seems the bars I wanted (HD part #55800589) were on back order. Nick said "no problem, let me see what I can do". He got the bars shipped in from another dealer from clear across the country (something my local dealer wasn't even unwilling to attempt).
A week later I'm at Snake HD in Twin Falls for the install and five hours later I'm on my way home. Made it home in time to have dinner with my wife.
