This is hands-down the best Harley dealership around! Chris and Rick in sales go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Courtney and Des in apparel are absolute rockstars—always helping me find the perfect gifts and personal gear. Nick and Joshua in parts are incredible—super knowledgeable and always ready to help. Josh in service is the best service guy you’ll ever meet! Every single visit feels like coming home to family. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!

3800 mile trip saved
We were on a 3,800 mile road trip from Canada to Utah. On the return portion, our rear tire was worn, too worn to keep riding at highway speeds. First thing Tuesday morning, I called Snake HD, explained the situation, and they fit us in that day with a matching Dunlop tire. Thanks to Josh and Bob, we were on our way the next morning. The entire experience was excellent.

The moment I walked into the store I was greeted and treated like family, they had a great selection of riding gear, clothes, and merchandise and a great parts department.
Huge shoutout to Rick & Chris for providing the absolute best customer service around. They were both very respectful, kind, and helpful. They focused on my exact needs and gave me plenty of time and options. I never felt pushed or pressured, they generally wanted to help me make the best choice possible. I ended up purchasing my first Harley Davidson from Rick which was a truly painless and easy process and something I’ll look forward to in the future again. I highly recommend stopping in, you won’t be disappointed.
